Itinerary

Day 1 (24 Jan 2026): Arrival

– You should be available in Ho Chi Minh City.
– Hotel Check-in time 2PM
– Expected hotel: Triple E Hotel (4*)

Day 2 (25th Jan. 2026). Ho Chi Minh City – Phan Rang
  • Check out hotel at 8:30 am and travel to Phan Rang City
  • On the way, take pictures of making rice noodle in Phan Thiet City
Day 3 (26th Jan. 2026): Phan Rang
  • In the morning, take pictures of kids in Nam Cuong sand dunes
  • In the afternoo, take pictures of Cham people in My Nghiep and An Hoa sheep farm
Day 4 (27th Jan. 2026): Phan Rang – Tuy Hoa
  • In the morning, take pictures of sunrise in Rai cave and mending fish nets in Vinh Hy bay
  • Travel to Tuy Hoa City.
Day 5 (28 Jan. 2026): Tuy Hoa City
  • In the morning, take pictures of making bamboo boats
  • In the afternoon, take pictures of drying and dyeing sedges in An Cu village
Day 6 (29th. 2026): Tuy Hoa City – Ho Chi Minh – Long An
  • At 9:15 am, take a flight to Ho Chi Minh City
  • Travel to Long An
Day 7 (30th. 2026): Long An – Ho Chi Minh City
  • In the morning, take pictures of washing water lilies and go back to Ho Chi Minh City. Finish the trip at 1:00 PM on 30th Jan 2026.
  • Please book your departure flight after 6 PM on 30th Jan 2026.

Cash
• The currency of Vietnam is Dong (VND). We suggest you prepare your local USD and change it to Dong in Tan Son Nhat airport for better rate.
• Indonesian food is generally cheap, so you won’t need a lot of cash for the trip. We recommend 150~200 USD/person for food and drink during the trip

• The mentioned itinerary is subject to be changed based on the flight time and arrival location of the clients, however, all the shooting activities shall be ensured

PAYMENT

Within 2 working days of booking, you will be contacted to confirm your booking; with a request to deposit 50% of the cost (1,000 USD )through direct bank transfer. The rest of payment to be settled through via bank payment at least one month before the tour starts.

Cancellation INFORMATION

Cancellation of service before departure
You have to give two months’ notice before the beginning date of the tour and you will be refunded your deposit payment minus transaction charges. Otherwise, there will be no refund.

Cancellation of service in case of force majeure
In case of force majeure such as natural disasters, hurricanes, floods, earthquakes, volcanoes, wars, terrorism, epidemics. In order to ensure the safety of the trip, we reserve the right to unilaterally cancel the committed service. We will refund 100% of the tour cost that the customer has paid. We will not be responsible for related costs (e.g. travel expenses, airfare…).
